2007-01-08 Mike: Dear Will; I hope you continue your journey to true enlightenment. First let me say that my own study of the Bible and the Gnostic Scriptures found at Nag' Hammadi (to include the Gospel of Thomas), have led me to deeper faith but also to the conclusion that the writings are ALL those of men; men with imagination, hopes, dreams, fantasies, and, above all, hidden agendas. The Jews of the Old Testament were people of superstition; they believed that the good things that happened to them were rewards from God and, accordingly, that the bad things that happened to them were punishments from God. From the very beginning, magic and astrology were seen as evil; but did not God set the stars, and are not all powers subject to Him?
I find it interesting that the very first people outside the families of Joseph and Mary to acknowledge that God became flesh in Christ were magicians and astrologers from different lands and religions. Jesus' teachings, though often given in parables, were fundamentally simple: love God, love your neighbor, love yourself. He railed angainst the establishment, He went so far as to turn over the tables of the money changers and those who sold animals for sacrifice, and to scream at the top of His lungs: "Woe to you scribes and pharisees; you walk around here in your long robes with your tassels and fine embroidery and you expect people to bow and to fawn to you, to offer you the best seats at banquets and to ask you to speak; you are like white-washed tombs, pretty on the outside but full of rotting flesh and bones on the inside! You care more about the letter of the law then about what is written on men's hearts! You brood of vipers!"
It is clear that Christ's teachings were against organized religion from the beginning; He was the outsider, He was the renegad, He was the rougue. Those teachings were deceptively simple: care about others more than yourself, accept everyone, eat and drink with everyone, stregnthen one another, bear one another's burdens, forgive one another (70 x 7 times), and have faith that God forgives human fraility. The message has been corrupted ever since.
If one believes that God loves us enough to communicate His truest wishes to us, the best way to do that would be to become a man and tell us with His own mouth. Jesus' teachings were often done in the very company of the dregs of humanity at the time; it was a message of peace to all people, and He died for preaching love and acceptance. His message was immediately curtailed and manipulated so as to exclude some people, especially those who practice sodomy and unlawful, unmarital sex. Jesus never said that this should be done.
Now as to the boof of Revelation: I believe that John of Patmos did indeed have visions. The first thing one needs to understand about eternity is that time has no relevance. time is relevant to light; once one has attained the realm of light, time is irrelevant. When our matter once again becomes energy, time will be only a means of transportation; it will be as a fast forward or rewind on a remote. The visions John experienced and wrote about were not in any sort of CHRONOLOGICAL order; some things he saw were about the fall of Rome, it's sacking by the Goths, it's burning by Nero, it's persecution of Christians on a large scale. Some of his visions obviously were of modern warfare: "and I saw a great gray beast coming out of the sea with seven heads and ten horns and many mouths that spewed forth fire and sulphur onto the land," clearly a battleship; "a swarm of locusts which looked like horses armored for battle, their long hair beat like wings above their heads, they had the faces of insects but the eyes of a man and had terrible stings in their tails which were like those of a scorpion," clearly a squadron of helicopters (equipped with stinger missles even!)
If the end is to come, then let it come; and let us meet it with the clear conscience that we have done as God made Flesh asked and loved each other.
The Devil's plan of influence is to cloud the message, and to use the Church of Christ to do it; to splinter it, to cause dissention in it's ranks, to encourage it to superstition, to denounce the true powers of God revealed in nature (magic), to get it to teach and preach error, to corrupt it's finances, to tempt it's priests and ministers to the darkest sins, to destroy it's credibility, to clothe it in expensive buildings and vestments so that it's money may not be used to help and feed the poor, to watch in glee as it itself blindly says and does ALL that Jesus asked it NOT to do. Those of true faith and enlightenment are allowed to see this heresy and dissassociate themselves from it's harmful doctrines; those without this light will be made to see the error of their ways when, in the fullness of time, God made flesh and become matter will reveal their wrongdoing and the useless emptiness in their teachings of guilt, self-denial, and repression; damaging and negative doctrines which are the influence of evil. "I came that they might have life, and have it in full abundance." Bless you as you continue to learn and grow; and visit when you can! Love and peace, Michael
2007-01-09 [xido]: Thank you, Mike. You are wonderfully insightful, and because this comes from someone as knowing and respectful as you, I commend every word of it as the Word of Truth. You are not afraid to say what is real to you, and that is why I love your insights on it. Thank you for taking the time to check out my page.
Best of wishes to you and yours,

2007-01-14 [Sairafaen]: Tell them you want them to rewrite the history books, and to PUT IT ALL BACK IN. Tell them to OPEN THEIR VAULTS, THEIR POCKETBOOKS, THEIR MINDS AND THEIR SPIRITS, AND TELL US THE REST OF THE STORY. DON'T LET THEM LEAVE A SINGLE DETAIL OUT. IT WILL MAKE YOU THINK. IT WILL MAKE YOU EXPLORE. YOU WILL NOT KNOW ENOUGH UNTIL YOUR HAVE READ EVERY BOOK THERE IS TO READ! DO NOT STOP READING UNTIL THEY BURNS THE LAST BOOK YOU OWN! DO NOT STOP LEARNING! DO NOT STOP TEACHING! DO NOT STOP DISCUSSING! BE AN ANTICHRIST TO THE CHURCH AND TELL THEM TO TELL YOU THE REST OF THE STORY! THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!
the word burns should be burn.
There, I proof read for you, and I believe that your writings were beautiful, heartfelt examinations of truth. I love you, and I hope that everyone who reads this passes it on to others so that, in the spreading of this truth, people's minds may become a little more open and inquisitive about their world. Rock on, Babe!

2007-01-15 [Moonlit Serenade]: I was referred to this page by someone, and I did as you asked and read through it. It is interesting and generally well-written. I can't say I'm enthused or called to action by it, as I'm in no way a Christian. My only qualm is that you speak of Agnostic charms. I'm an agnostic, one who does not commit to a religion but cannot profess to true atheism, and so I'm rather curious as to what these charms might be. It seems rather controversial to your point, true belief in the true God, and supporting it with charms of those who can't believe in God. That's all.
It is interesting, but in a sort of storybook way for me. Still, I've always been interested in what the Church hides from people (as they did with the third prophesy of Fatima, for example), and why. It would be fun to read the things they hide, if only for the missing pieces of the story.
2007-01-15 [xido]: All Christians are called to find God, as all people are called to find their original Creation and their people's history.
As an agnostic, you are not given the Truest Name of the Creator, and you seek more. That is the purpose of this page. Be seeking and questioning that which is laid in stone as FACT is nothing but an attempt to define the Vast Infinite. The Vast Infinite exists, and we can verify this through experience. The Vast Infinite was Created. This logic will be found to be helpful to humanity.
Thank you for your insight, time, effort and consideration, [Moonlit Serenade]. You have done as much as your soul beckons you to do, and more, because you have questioned with boldness the mere existence of a God.
It is these missing pieces of the story which protect your soul from harm. By being hidden, you are in danger. When you come to find Truth, it will be the answer to your questions.

2007-01-21 [Kim_Lundin]: I've read this page twice now, and I'm surprised that it actually had such a clear message that I thought it had the first time I read it.
To seek out true truth is a good goal, and one humanity has been trying to achieve for a long time. What I wonder is, when do we know that we have found the truth we're looking for? When do we know we've reached a truth not tainted by the mind of another human, who almost always try to twist and turn the truth he or she found so that it fits with his or her own belief and agenda? Humans have a tendency to do that, change small pieces in information so that it's not exactly what it was in the beginning, often it's not even with malicious intent, it's just told in another perspective.
Perspective, it's important to know what impact it has in deciding what is true and what is not. What one person claims to be the right way to live because he or she thinks one way, other persons may think is completely wrong because they simply think in another way, the two different oppinions may not even vary too much, just having the words told in a different way.
"History is written by the winner", I don't know who I'm quoting here, but whoever it was sure knew what he or she talked about. It's difficult to find information about the accomlishments of those who lost, the winners put all the blame on the losers and claim all the good points themselves, this is true in all conflicts. If we want to know the true truth about the past we need to find the words written by one who, in no way imaginable, was connected to either side of a conflict, and who write these words as a camera, no thought, just reporting what is seen exactly as it is seen. Finding this person, and the text written by the hand of this person, is, to put it simple "really darn difficult".
Well, I think that is all that came to my mind after reading this the second time. Perhaps I will write more when and if I'll read it a third, or maybe fourth time, or maybe I'll see things from a different angle and claim this post null and void. I'll happily discuss what I've written here, maybe having some other perspective to my words will make them better. Future will tell, I presume.
2007-01-21 [xido]: Kim, to answer your question about Truth:
It is obvious that you have spoken what is true to your heart in these words. A lie is not difficult to perceive if you are looking for it, but if everyone were to continue telling the truth, lies would not be necessary.
Your insight in this is what matters. It is about talking and listening. I have listened to you, and I think that even you have wisdom of the search for Truth. That is all that is necessary.
Religion is so dangerous because it is from so many people trying to force and push and twist the truth to fit ONLY their truth. When we come together in discussion and open-mindednes
Talking about it at least puts it on the table for everyone to discuss. Sheltering away information in vaults and caves is nonsense, and ignorance to the extreme.
Thank you, Kim, and I hope to see you around here more. Feel free to speak your Truth here. No one will look down on you for it, nor cast you away. Your Truth is an asset to the Divine within this movement.
The Future will tell. :D

2007-01-21 [Fizban]: I think truth is far too...solid, physical, of a word. I mean,...the best part of what your saying is the "looking for your truth" part. Truth and lies. What's the difference? Obviously on a down to earth point of view they are polar opposites. But I mean...with religions and faiths everything is all speculations and opinion anyway. The idea that I just spurned that everything is all opinion is merely my opinion. Fact and fiction are the same. Just Fact is supported by a bunch of scientific, or historical people who all have the same opinion, so agree to tell everyone that the opinion of theres is fact. We all believe the sun is the center of the universe, but thats only because we have been told it's true, and it generally makes sense.
Lol,...which is your part in this, you want the real truth, but I don't see a difference anymore. Reading and learning is the only way to determine things for yourself, and thats definetly all that anyone needs to do. God do it on your own, no more sheep listening to the herder. Physical obedience is one thing, but mental is entirely another.
2007-01-21 [Kim_Lundin]: I think I understand what you mean, Fizban, religion and faith can't be proved by scientific experiments. We can't put "essence of God" or "matter of Buddha" into a tube and run tests on them. In my oppinion, spiritual beliefs are proven by each individual through that individual's own feelings. Religions are, in my eyes, like "gatherings" where people who have roughly the same feelings can be together and discuss what they think is right and wrong.
Problems may spring up when different groups collide. In a perfect, wonderful and happy world these collisions would lead to the two groups sitting down in a happy circle to peacefully talk about their feelings, leading to wider understanding in both as new thoughts are welcomed, and a growth within the groups as people find new ways to think together. However, in the world we live today these collisions far too often end with the groups quarreling, bickering, fighting and, eventually, killing each other, this leads to that large parts of these individual, spiritual truths are lost and forever locked away.
But now I've slipped away from the subject I initially wanted to adress, I just liked Fizban's comment ^_^
2007-01-26 [The Scarlet Pumpernickle]: You know. This looking for God within oneself is not a very new concept. It was this hubris of Eve that ultimately said this. She wanted to "be like God" as the serpent told her she could. How is this any different? For human beings to stop trying to learn more about God and his creation is indeed sin... but we must look in the right places. There is no such thing as neutrality.
Furthermore, to ascribe the name "Anti-Christ" to yourself is contrary to the word of God no matter why you use it. That's life screaming "Jesus is the Devil" and then saying "and now that I've got your attention...le
2007-01-26 [Fizban]: I don't agree. It's like screaming fire in a public place, or flashing a gun,...when in reality there is no fire, and the gun is a mock up.
The point is getting attention irrelevant of the original intended meaning.
Secondly no, we aren't trying to coin the idea of spiritual awareness through personal soul searching,...
He is merely expressing the idea that learning is important, and you should look within yourself, and what you feel is right,...along with what you learn. Don't let the bible, or whatever presentations of the bible you get introduced to you, by those who seem to act like they can coin all the meanings and relevancies of the bible and present it in there fashion.
In debates its always the offense that is accused of taking the bibles phrases and excerpts out of context and turn. Well, in any denominational church, they do the same. They present what they want, and only what they want the followers to see.
Or at least, that is my understanding of it lol.
The "Antichrist" saying on this page is merely the equivalent of a flashy or brightly colored sign to those who come across it's name. It really has no relevance to the message being sent.
lol.
2007-01-29 [xido]: "Fizban: I think truth is far too...solid, physical, of a word. I mean,...the best part of what your saying is the "looking for your truth" part. Truth and lies. What's the difference?"
Fizban, I think I understand your words. I like to think that there is only one Truth, and all other truths are like guesses, trying to find the inner core of reality that exists, whether the subjective human mind enjoys it or not. Also, personal truth could be very different from an external truth. It's like shouting, "Be peaceful!" in a mob of fighting people. The people are angry because of how they feel wronged and angressive, and the peaceful one is hoping that they will all calm down and talk it out, so no one goes home with a black eye. Who is right? That is subjective. The inner core of Truth states that those who get in fights may go home with black eyes, and if one wants to avoid that, simply be peaceful.
"Kim_Lundin: I think I understand what you mean, Fizban, religion and faith can't be proved by scientific experiments. We can't put "essence of God" or "matter of Buddha" into a tube and run tests on them."
One day, Kim, I think we will experience a turn of events in scientific thought which will lead to a more diverse, intriguing, spiritual and loving understanding of our universe. We are practically halfway there already.... We must survive lone enough to see it put into practice.
"The Scarlet Pumpernickle: You know. This looking for God within oneself is not a very new concept."
I agree, but it is one of the quickest to be disposed of when people act "in the name, or under the Will of God." I think out world perfectly portrays this perplexity at many levels. When will it end? That is the Journey I am seeking on this Path.
"Furthermore, to ascribe the name "Anti-Christ" to yourself is contrary to the word of God no matter why you use it."
No, I disagree. In all of the literature that I have read on the Antichrist, I can be an Antichrist just as easily as you, and there is almost no documentation of his/her methods, aside from that "he will lead the nations of the world with his words and charismatic nature." Hitler did this, but so did Isaac Newton. Were they Antichrists as well? It all depends on interpretation
I am claiming for Antichrist as my own, so that no one else can own it with a disposition, and who will lead the nations ina way that is unhealthy for our future. Christ wanted us to open our eyes. The church of Christ in Rome wants us to close them. I am against the Church of Rome. The money spent on bibles and fine clothes should be spent on dying children of third world nations. Instead, our priests live well, eat well, and wear fine garments. They are still the same Rome.
"Fizban: I don't agree. It's like screaming fire in a public place, or flashing a gun,...when in reality there is no fire, and the gun is a mock up.
The point is getting attention irrelevant of the original intended meaning."
The fire is real, but unseen by our physical eyes. There is a war going on above and below us, and we are in the middle, fighting over money, freedom, oil, and religious beliefs.
The gun is not a mock. I am accepting the title of Antichrist as a Divine Gift. If no one likes it, I cannot change their minds. They must do that for themselves.
"Fizban: Secondly no, we aren't trying to coin the idea of spiritual awareness through personal soul searching,..."
Yes, I am. Personal soul searching and listening intuitively to others is the only way that we are ever going to 'find God.' Inside us all is the spark of divinity that should be accessed in Truth, Wisdom, Love, and Faith. On this path, we will find the Pillar of Light at the Center of the Cosmos.
I have already been there.
"The "Antichrist" saying on this page is merely the equivalent of a flashy or brightly colored sign to those who come across it's name. It really has no relevance to the message being sent."
Incorrect. I am an Antichrist. I speak the heresy of the Church, and I love the Divine because of it. To the Church of Rome, Hindus are savages, Buddhists are self-loving ascetics, and Atheists are blasphemers. However, a loving church would have ASKED them why they felt so different from them, instead of merely pressing their own ideals on the other.
That is why this page is an open forum for discussion of ALL FORMS, ALL BACKGROUNDS, ALL FAITHS, and ALL PEOPLE who SPEAK TRUTH.
I am an Antichrist. If you believe that we do not know enough, then so are you. The Bible does not include necessary documents, inspired by God. Until it does, I do not claim to be a Christian.
With Christ at my side, I do this ad infinitum. Even he was a rebel in his time. 666 becomes a number of faith, instead of a symbol of scorn.
Thank you all for commenting, and best wishes to you on your Journeys,

I have already been there.
You can't coin something that wasn't your creation. What I meant by that, was not that, that isn't the preferred method, because it is indeed. What I said, was, that you didn't make up the idea of using soul searching...th
Truth is EXTREMELY SUBJECTIVE. I don't believe there is "one truth" unless you take every sentient being out of the mix, and merely watched some estranged cosmic video recording of everything that happened.
Truth is different for everyone, I really don't agree with you saying that there is only one, because it's our opinion as to what is and is not truth. Saying that one persons idea of truth is wrong, is also another opinion.
What is truth in a world where nothing is anything but a bunch of human opinions?
2007-01-30 [xido]: "You can't coin something that wasn't your creation."
Gotcha, creation, not marketing. I was thinking coin as in marketing, not like at a mint. :P And such is subjectivity.
There is a whole truth out there, and though we do not experience it while in a physical body, it is possible. It is often called the Akashic Records in eastern belief systems. Edgar Cayce talked of it often, and the work of Michael Newton describes this sort of video-response from the after-consciou
Experiencing the whole of the universe in a subjective nature gives you an experience that an omnipotent deific force cannot experience, except through the eyes of humanity. In that sense, all people are God's eyes on the world, and to diminish that gift only creates more of a schism in how we view each other.
I agree, no one person can give their opinion of Truth as Truth. It is only a testament; an (hopefully) educated guess at how we perceive the reality around us. If we commune more with one another in conversation, we are ten-fold more likely to find the Truth out there, but only if we are open to it.
Closing off doors to differing faiths is a major barrier for this, and I agree that people abuse the gifts of the Divine. Human opinion can be highly faulty, but when that is all we have, isn't it better to work together to find the end result, as opposed to wallowing secretly in it by ourselves while alone or among only other people who subscribe to a single or segmented view of reality.
It is diversity of thought which will save the ruined psychoses of humanity. Perhaps one day we will all be lucky enough to consider Truth without mussing it all up in the process.

2007-01-30 [Fizban]: Impossible, because opinion permeates all. Your opinion that currently the truth is messed up, is merely an opinion. All is skewed. I don't believe there is one truth, merely everyones play on what they percieved to be there. No one can say what is and isn't so I relly don't see the point in it.
Learn more, be more, those are all wonderful endevours everyone should partake in,...however if it's to meet the end of all ends, and get the bottom of this, whatever "this" may be, well then I have to disagree that there is a bottom to be found. Ofcourse thats merely my perception, my opinion. It's all too subjective. There can be no agreeing on whatever the true truth is or isn't. Many would say they have already found it, others are looking, and there are those like me, who don't believe there is ~one~ to be found.
2007-02-19 [xido]: Opinion doesn't permeate all. Do stones have opinions? Do trees? These are creations of the First, like you and I, but they do not operate within the bounds of opinion.
Finding Truth means applying the knowledge of ALL known evidence, and any religion based on only a part of it is incredulous at best. My own personal opinions on religion are not the meaning of this page's final content. The meaning behind this page is to get the spiritual community of the world to open their eyes and look around. While Roman Catholic priests live like kings, people in Africa are dying faster than we squish most bugs. The poor just keep on getting poorer, and well, we all know the ending.
Truth will be found after death, and everything done in life must be a search to find that truth before it is over. Seeking is the key element, not the answers one might find along the Path. The Path is the important part, not the 'bottom of it all'. That is the abyss, a space without known matter, outside of the curvature of the Pillar's great span, a donut of stardust and light in the Vast, and not a place worth going. Between Black and White there are a finite amount of shades in gray, but many, nonetheless.
Your views are appreciated here, Fizban. Don't forget this fact. Share, but do not feel resented for your views. They are welcomed.
2007-02-19 [Fizban]: Lol, this isn't a kiddy debate here or something, I am not going to get pissed that you had a counter-argume
Lol, yes, yes, I know it doesn't permeate allllllll,...l
And yes, I believe you are correct. The more you know, hopefully the best opinions you can make on everything it is that you know. Most commonly we see the more bigoted, or idiotic opinions in the minds of those that are ignorant and un-informed to that which they are forming these opinions...mos
But then you would have to look at the methods to which you are judging. If you were to know as much as you possibly can about something, who's to say you can still find the truth. Your values are based on your up bringing, and all your experiences in life.
I look at the information you or anyone would take in, and then apply the curves, the skews, the dings it will take going through the processing machine that is your mind. The smears of ink on the paper, the change of words, the spin everyone puts on it.
I mean, we get information, and immediately we pick what we like, don't like, care about, and weed out what we don't find important. All of our methods of information processing is based on our opinions of what is and is not important, ect...
Our methods of evaluating are riddled with preference and opinion. So even with crystal clear incoming information and a bunch of opinionless data to interpret, we can easily skew it ourselves unconsciously.
I know some do it more then others, and we hope to do the least of that as possible. But human beings getting information, is like playing telephone. Between yourself and whoever you give the information too, it degrades, is changed, customized a bit every single time.
Your take on what those trees, those stones that have no opinions, is your own. No one see's them exactly as you do, and most likely few will describe them, EXACTLY as you would if you ever were asked to.
